Osu is one of Accra's liveliest commercial hubs. Banks, agencies, telecoms offices and startups share streets with shops, restaurants and the constant buzz of Oxford Street.

On paper, Osu has more lunch options than almost anywhere in the city. In practice, that abundance creates its own problems. The good spots fill up fast at midday, traffic and parking make even a short trip slow, and quality varies widely from one vendor to the next, with no easy way to know whose kitchen meets a proper hygiene standard. So teams lose time deciding, queuing and waiting, and end up eating at different times from different places, if they eat well at all.
