Cantonments is one of Accra's quieter business addresses. Embassies, NGOs, international organisations and growing companies work out of leafy streets, many of them in converted houses and small office blocks rather than towers.

That calm comes at a cost at lunchtime. Cantonments is largely residential, so there are few places to eat within walking distance, and the nearest busy food spots in Osu mean a drive and a fight for parking. Teams end up relying on delivery apps, with riders often struggling to find offices tucked away on side streets with no obvious signage. Lunch arrives eventually, but rarely together and rarely on time.
