Airport City is Accra's showcase business district. Glass office towers, multinational headquarters and international firms line the streets around the airport, and thousands of people work within a few minutes of each other.

Yet daily lunch here is surprisingly hard to get right. The food nearby leans towards hotels and sit-down restaurants, built for client lunches, not for a team that needs to eat well every weekday without blowing a budget. Leaving the building takes time, and traffic along Liberation Road can turn a quick delivery into a long wait. So teams make do with pricey restaurant runs, scattered app orders, or a desk drawer of snacks.
